This is the first time I've seen this problem. I created a new user in Platinum 7.0 and gave the user access to Distribution and Manufacturing module. The user logged into Platinum > System Manager module popped up > When the user tried to access Distribution and Manufacturing module, an error message "Error in Login. Incorrect Username" popped up. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.
