Hello!

Try this:

1. Open IIS

2. Go to "Default Web Site"

3. Click right mouse button

4. Select Properties

5. Select "Server Extensions"

6. Mark "Enable Authoring"

7. Select a "Client scripting"

8. Click OK

Hope, it solve your problem.

Hi..
I have same problem with JayanthSharma..but in my case, i'm using PWS (Personal Web Server). Do you have any idea? Thanx anyway..

Have the same problem but think Norton Internet Security is the black goat. - It works without.

Hi guys,

I also have the same headache, I have spanish version and it differs, I tried to follow your instructions but it keeps telling me that it can't connect to the server.

I am using XP and FP 2000 extensions.

Hello ppl. Sorry but this is just an opinion.

I am sick of Microsoft software. I have the same problem, there are various suggestions on Microsoft website etc. but the thing is why should any fixes be necessary? Should the software not run correctly out of the box.
Surely it would not take a genius to figure out that you would require a local computer acting as a server to test your website on. Interdev should have a means by which a simulated website could be constructed without requiring actual server software to be installed, and all ideas tried out before building the real thing. Maybe it wasnt designed for personal use. You should not need any additional software (server software) before Interdev works properly. Im so sick of it that I'm gonna ditch Interdev and look for some other standalone software that can do the job(write asp) completely without also needing this added and also needing that added...

Watching Interdev CD glide like a UFO into nearest waste basket.....
