Problem between Notes and Exchange connector

Hi

In the org we are using Notes 4.6 and exchange for mailing purpose. We are in process of migrating the Notes infrastructure but keep some Notes applications for the time being. We have created a notes exchange connector but once a week the connector crashes and then have to restart it manually. Once done it works fine. Most of the crash have been at around 4:00 AM!!!!!

Can any one help

4 AM sounds like a great time to run a backup. Once a week sounds like a great time to run a full system backup. any correlation here that you can see?

The problem is not due to backup we checked it and in the co. the back up is being taken at 1800 hrs and also the weekly backup is not done on days when the connector freezes.
