Hi.
We have a bcm50 that we used for a course. Now nobody remember the password for the nnadmin, so i tried to make a level 1 reset. I have the bcm50 with both lights solid green, i pushed the rest button, but nothing happens.
What can i try?
Is there a problem with the bcm?
Thanks

Pier

Are you sure you are actually hitting the reset button? That can be pretty sensitive. Do you have the instructions on how to perform a level 1 reset in front of you?

Yes. I follow the maintenance guide v2.0 (this is the version of our software).
I'm almost sure i pressed the right button, i sense that something is pushed, a small button.
But nothing happens...no changes in the lights.

1. boot up bcm (status led both orange)
2. wait 5 secs--when power led blinks orange PRESS reset ONCE.
3. the leds are status-orange blink
power --red solid
4. wait 5 secs--when both leds are blinking quickly press the reset switch ONCE.
5. Both leds are solid the bcm now enters level 1 reset state.

6. Wait until the BCM returns to solid green leds.

It worked!
thank you very much.
I think they should explain a bit better how to do this reset. The colors on the guide are totaly different and they don't explain well and simple how to operate.
