Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can offer some help here.
I have been getting errors on four files not backing using backup exec please see them below. When i try to open the log file it tells me that the process cannot be opened as it is being used by another service. I was wondering if any knows how i can stop this happening. Think the files below are to do with Terminal Services Session Directory

Click an exception below to locate it in the job log
Backup- C: Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\tssesdir\edb.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\tssesdir\edbtmp.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\tssesdir\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\tssesdir\tssesdir.edb - skipped.

Thanks

I think these are database files.

Backup exec has an open file agent (sold speratly) to backup files in use.
