Hi all,

One of our customers has a IP Office 403 1.4(22) with Digital Stations. They have 4 seperate hunt groups with all different members.

One member in the group can activate and de-activate the night feature of his/her group by pressing a button on his/her telephone.
On the phone are 2 buttons, 1 active night service with the huntgroup number and 1 de-activate night service with the huntgroup number.
So this is also programmed for the other groups on other telephones.

The problem the customer has is that sometimes the huntgroups go automatically in nightservice without pressing a button, they see the symbol on the display.
When they make a test call the group is indeed in nightservice.

Has any of you had this problem before?

Is there a way to trace what is happening?

Is there more information you need to answer my question?

Hope that someone can help me.

Kind Regards,

Ronald

Is there a time profile set on the hunt group under the fallback tab?
