Hi All,

We are facing some problems recently, in the past we disabled the outgoing calls to cellphones by denying the ARS Digits (thanks for the help) now we make the cellphone calls by dialing 7 + 10 digits.

the problem occur at the first try, the mitel phone displays "Wireless 1" and it never established the call, neither a counter or a sound happen. if we try again the display shows "Wireless 3" and the call is properly established.

not sure what is happening, I would really appreciate any help

I'm using a 3300.

thanks!!!!

At a bet, you have analog lines and the line connected to Wireless 1 is dead.

is there a way to disable it? how?

Thanks!

You need to verify which line is failing and then either busy it out, repair it, or remove from outbound hunt group

Might be his mod digit is bad. If analog, usually have a tone file first that waits a second
