The problem is that I can't align two objects without one of them (the object of reference) moves himself. When I try to align two objects, both move. In Illustrator don't have this problem, but I try to follow the steps in Indesign and do not obtain the same result. Some idea? Is it a bug?

You can go to Object menu and Lock position of the object that you do not want to move and then align.

Unless you do that, ID has no way of knowing which objects are supposed to stay stationary and which are to move in the alignment.

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Thanks jmgalvin, I already supposed it, then really it's a bug.
I asked to my friend user with CS2 version (I have CS) and he said "no way" too.
