Problem after upgrading to XP

One of my customers upgraded his operational system to XP.
After the upgrading he is unable to connect to my website.
There were no problems before that.

It may help you to get a better answer if a little more detail was given...
What kind of connection is your customer using?
What error (if any) is given?
Are they able to connect to all other sites except yours?
There can be several reasons for not being able to connect to certain sites....

Did he upgrade or completely reinstall? If the latter he should have used the Files & Setting Transfer Wizard to bring over his IE settings. He may have to reconfigure IE (Tools > Internet Options > Connections).

Thank guys for the help.
The problem was that the user entered wrong URL (typing mistake).
In addition, entered wrong DNS suffix (it should have been dynamic from DHCP).
