Problem after upgrading manager to 9.1.1.0 build 10

I upgraded my Manager on my windows 8.1 laptop from 9.1.0.0 build 437 to 9.1.1.0 build 10 and now I can not see my IPO but system status works fine. I put back on 9.1.0.0 build 10 and it works fine
I also tried deleting 9.1.0.0 build 437 rebooted laptop and reinstalled 9.1.1.0 build 10 same problem.

I also took same download from my laptop and put on two new windows 8.1 windows computer that never had Admin package and it works fine.

Only screwed up on my laptop. Is it because I loaded new Admin package on laptop without deleting 0ld 9.1?
I also did turning my firewall off.
 
You're only supposed to have to uninstall and reinstall for service packs and x.x upgrades.
Now you know better.
This has been a 'feature' of Avaya since way back. Learnt this in release 2.1

Just uninstall. Reboot. Reinstall with Admin rights.
Then you can blame the software.

I'm clear but my fighter is down.
