I am using Exchange on SBS 2003. The first email domain works fine, but can not manage to get the second one working. The POP3 Connector picks up the email from the ISP, but it does not get delivered to the individual's mailbox.
Can anyone help me with this? Thank you.

Normally you would simply add another domain to the default recipient policy, and everything else should work. If the default address creation scheme doesn't match the addresses that you have at your ISP, then you'd need to go into each user's email-addresses tab and make sure that the SMTP address is formatted properly.

Thanks for responding.
I set up everything as outlined in the articles by Sean Daniel and also MSExchange.org (both had the same process).
It all looks just fine, but people in domain2.com do not receive incoming mail. It seems to totally disappear.
Is there anything else I can try?

I assume the guides you read mapped this path:

Did you do an IISRESET after you changed the Default Recipient Policy?

Did addresses for the new domain automatically show up in the Email Addresses tab on the user Properties? Sometimes it's a matter of waiting for the recipient policy to be acknowledged by the system. Normally when mail gets dropped like that, it's because the destination domain for the mail (the @domain.com on the inbound emails) doesn't match any domain in the recipient policy.

ShackDaddy,
I was finally able to go back to the client site today.
The reset of IIS was exactly what was needed.
Thank you very much.
