Problem Activating Script

Hi folks

I am trying to activate the command:
OPEN VOICE SESSION CP_q2_Bdct_gv
PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGMENT IIIP_GRS_IVR_Closed
END VOICE SESSION

But when I do so I receive the error:
4100 Error: An undefined identifier is encountered.


If I sub out the voice segment IIIP_GRS_IVR_Closed with another active segment the script activates and the call routes appropriately. This leads me to believe I have done something wrong in Call Pilot but this is the first Call Pilot change I have made as we just implemented it and I have exhausted all options so I ask you if you would please assist.

Well I found the SDN table in Call Pilot Manager problem solved!
