I have Call Pilot 5 installed, but did not do anything to it for the past two months. Today we wanted to install a license and log in to the server correctly but when we try to enter the CallPilot Manager using Internet Explorer it is not validating the password that it had, it keeps saying login failure.
We are sure that we did not change the password.
Is there a way to reset the password?
How could this have happend?
