We have just picked up a client with a Mitel 5000 system.
Company that supplied it went bust, 2 years to run on the lease to swapping it out isn't an option.
No admin username and password available.
It isn't the default I have tried them.
I have a copy of the DB from a backup a while ago but again no password.
My understanding is that only Mitel can get into this and reset it or we wipe the system and start again.
Is this still the case or is there any salvation?
