I have lots of data in various tables across various sheets and what I need is to transpose that data without the formulas behind them to new tables. How can I do this without having to put a cell reference formula into each cell of the new table?

I just need the numbers produced and they have to be final I can't have them updating automatically. I don't want to have to do this by hand, for obvious reasons, so any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to achieve but the 'Paste Special' feature would allow you to simply paste the values of the cells and not the formulas.

When you say 'transpose' do you mean literally. ie transpose vertical to horizontal or vice versa or do you mean simply paste what you've already copied to another sheet.

If the answer is as simple as 'Paste Special' then copy your data in the normal fashion, select the target cell(s) and then go 'Edit/Paste Special...Values'

Thanks.

'Paste Special' was exactly what I was looking for.

Many thanks.
