I am an old pro when it comes to Partner. I know it is time to learn Office IP any good resources for manuals. Is Office IP easy to learn?

It's going to take time, study and experience to be able to install program,upgrade and trouble shoot an ip office.

I brought in a system in house and trained myself as well as continued to apply special client applications to Partner, Nortel, Toshiba as well while in the field.

Probably will do the same. I like real time experience instead of class room experience myself.

One big questions, does OIP offer flash hook Centrex transfer for a users mail box like Nortel does.

For example MB user says I am away leave a message or press "X" and you will be transferred to my cell phone.

When a person is listening to your mailbox greeting, you can give them 3 different options. Fror example: press 0 for an operator
press 2 to call your cell phone or press 3 to transfer to where-ever.

The transfer will allow for a Centrex flash so the call can be transferred via Centrex?

It is not a nortel so compairing is not possible
but what you are asking for is possible if you have the right voicemailsystem

i am not sure about embedded voicemail but voicemailpro can do this
go to the marketingtools and search for voicemailpro and see what it all can do
