Privilege Not Held - What does this mean???

I'm currently receiving problems with Arcserve 2000 running on Windows 2000 Server. I am getting the error Privilege Not Held and need to find out exactly what this error means in order to really appreciate the problem and investigate a fix

Please Help Me!!!!!! Arrrgghh! I'm going mad! ; )

Q: I am receiving AW0004 required privilege not held RC=1314 errors. How can I resolve this issue?


A: Check the ARCserve Server Admin and make sure the ARCserve System Account is properly entered.
The ARCserve Admin must have the following rights:

Three Group Rights

Administrators
Backup Operators
Domain Admins (Set to Primary)

Three Advanced Rights

Act as part of Operating System
Log on locally
Log on as a service

Check the ARCserve folder and be sure that the ARCserve System Account has full control rights over it.

Enter security for the job in the following format: Domain\Username
