Priviledge levels on SRST routers?

What modes under the Priviledge command would telecom support staff need to administer and maintain the telephony piece on a router? This will be a co-resident router with the WAN functions and telephony functions for each support group to manage.

If they are responsible for configuring, testing and troubleshooting then 15.

They will, however is there a way to block from configuring certain interfaces?

No. you either u have admin privileges or you don't. You can give them view only access and debug and have them request any changes to you.
You should be posting this on the cisco router forum as it has nothing to do with unified communications.
