Pls help me, our customer wants 20trunkslines (incoming only) to be use as private lines, and distributed to 4sets 2616. Aside from this he wanted to monitor this trunks, What i hve done, in LD 14 PRDN i used existing analog lines(PRDN XXX) so that he can monitor & hears the conversation if he wants to. in other words we have done the job.

The problem is, how can we forward the calls (during unattented) to meridian mail. pls give me some idea on how to do it.

thanks,
genice

haven't played with prdn's, i use pvl's for the same purpose, but the forwarding should be the same, do you have a att that controls nights? if so the nite prompt will handle trunk answer point very well, if not marp the lines to the station you want to control the answer point, cls= fna and the fdn xxxx with x=to the acdn of your voice mail or secondary answer point. if the station that has control happens to be an acd, ncfw would answer the problem, an acd group goes into night when the last agent logs off.. when flexable night answer is a point i use rcfw to allow a user to control a line or group of lines, making them ring to any answer point in the switch, as in point them to the pilot of a hunt group or a maxp 1 acd ncfw to the att..
