Private Line back to Pool A

I believe to have a MICS 7.0 C04, C07 system

I am trying to change from a private line that is assigned to a DN back to a regular pool like all my others.

I am only able to change to a different DN number...

Please help! thanks!

where do i change to public?

TrunkType:Loop - which i can't change

next option is:

Private to 221

if i press change i can only enter another DN number

Under Line programming, if you cannot see it your best to call a tech who has been trained to use the eyes like an eagle.

I am under line programming. but for the specific line i want to change it won't let me change back to a pool from private. If i choose a different line i get the option to change from pool to Private or vice versa.

When you press the CHANGE softkey for the first time, the line remains private and you are prompted for a new DN.

If you press the CHANGE softkey again, you will have other line types.

For the first time yes. After i have saved and closed the settings for Private the first time if i go back in and try to change it for a second time it just prompts me for a new dn when i hit change and i can't change the line type back to Pool A.

The Choice is to Enetr a new DN or press Change AGAIN like Multi stated.

I hit change again but i had to press it like a million times for it to change from private to pool. I was expecting it to change after a couple presses but i guess not.

You may have a defective set then where the soft key is not working so well.
