Private Line and Voice Mail

I have a CICS with Flash Voice mail. One of the users has a private line. When he is on his private line, he wants a second incomming call to go to voice mail. The line is not in a hunt group. Could somone please direct me on how to configure this.

Cant be done unless this is either an ADID or DID off of a PRI/T1/E1. POTS lines cannot have a second call on it the caller would get a busy is someone is on the line. Only other way is get a second line, put in a hunt group with the private line.

Thanks for the very quick reply. We have 5 other lines in a pool that could be used. Just have not figured out how to set up the hunt for the private line.

It's a Telco issue. You need to tell your provider to set up a 2nd line in hunt.

Thanks. Here is what is happening. One DN has a private line assigned to it. Checked with the Telco and it is not in a hunt group. We have 5 other lines in the KSU in pool A. When I take the private line off hook and try to dial in, I get a busy signal. When I call in to the private line and the VM ansers, and then try to call in again, the line just rings and rings without transfering to voice mail. What I would like to set up is, when the second call comes in on the private line, I would like it to transfer directly to voice mail. I know I have to add it to a hunt group on the Telco side, but how do I set the Pool line to go directly to VM on the Flash side?

You'd use FOB, (Forward on Busy) to the Vmail DN.
