Hey, is there a way to enable Privacy from a phone (a 1416) or do you have to do it in Manager? I'm aware you can program a button with the feature but they do not have that button programmed.

Same steps as the Partner system. Have the user go to x10 or x11 and press 'admin' on the screen (it will be the very right of the 3 buttons below the display) and then press 'select' at System Administration. Then on the keypad have the user dial '#304'. Then enter extension number and then press 1 on the keypad to enable it. Press the phone/exit key to get out of programming.

Every user has 'Feature' in their display and Feature 07 is the code for privacy, but I do think you have to have the button for that to work.
