Priority ringing always...

I have something I have never heard of before.

There are 10-15 phone (out of 5000+) that when you dial any internal number it automatically makes the call a priority ring.

I just started managing this system and can not find the setting.

Where is this configuration setup?



BTW, we are running CM3
