I've been doing testing on this and it appears that the line priority only works for the same queue.
I setup a queue T1 and setup 2 incoming numbers, one with priority 1 and one with priority 2. Every time the priority 2 rang in first.
Then I setup a queue T2 and set one of the numbers to be T2 and set its priority to 2. When it is setup this way I am getting whichever call has held the longest out of the 2 queues with no priority. How can we get around this so a priority call will always take precedence no matter which line its coming in on ?
We are on 3.2 (57).
