Hello,
I am new to this forum and was wondering if anyone can help me. Before now I only worked on Avaya phone systems yet now i have to maintain the one and only Mitel we have. Now I have been asked if within the Mitel system, can a call within an ACD queue be re-queued at a higher priority? We would like the call to hit a priority so that we can better meet our service levels. I know how to do this in the Avaya world yet i am a little lost on how you would do this on the Mitel system. We have been using Taske for our ACD admin.

thank you

Each path can be assigned a priority from 1 to 64 with 1 being highest and 64 being lowest and default.

You can use the interflow function to route to a higher priority queue after a timer.

how do you set the interflow within the path? is there a place to tell it to go to a new path?

Yes. There is a programmable destination and assiciated timer.
