Hello all,
Is it possible to give some type of priority to a call?
I.E. The call "business" has to be offered first and above other calls. This priority must be anaibled n a HUNT....
(Like skill prio's in the vector af a definity system)
Or is it possible to set a priority at agent level. (like the level option in CMS)
