Prioritizing specific TCP/IP Port Traffic

Would like to know how to prioritize traffic on my 2620 routers (ATM T1 lines in / Fast Ethernet out). Specifically I would like to make my multicast traffic the highest priority while making my snmp traffic my lowest priority.

How would I accomplish this?

you need to setup class-maps that will match your traffic that you want, then setup a policy map, and rate those classes differently..

then apply that policymap outbound to your interface..
