Prints Blank Sheets

I have a problem with my hp laserjet 4000 when people are logged onto the system it prints blank printouts at aprox 15.10 this ranges from 2 - 100 pages. This is really annoying cause if you need to print you have to wait until it finishes. I have restored the printer back to the factory default settings with no luck. I am running windows 98 on a NT server. It doesn't matter what program I am running and the task scheduler is not set.

What about the app you are using ? Does it specify BLANK pages ?

Nobody would be printing at the time it happens. This will print on its own accord as long as someone is logged on to the network. It does not happen in any particular app.
