Hello,
I need a good idea about PowerPoint.
Before I detailed my problem, let me excuse if I cannot tell you the definite title of the different part of PP as I use not an English version, and my re-translation may be different.

Actually, there is an opportunity to print more pictures of slides onto one page (1 to 9). I would rather use 3 or 6 little pics on a page, but I would like them to be bigger. So my question is how I can expand the size of that reduced sized picture of slides?

Thank you in advance,
Konaboy

Have you tried File, Print and select Handouts.

Your English is pretty good, my friend, no need to apologize.

There are a couple of ways around this. What you want to do is customize your Handout printouts. This is not possible directly from PowerPoint, but can be done from two other methods.

Method One -- MS Word
Select File |Send to | Microsoft Word

This will create a MS Word file with three columns. The first is the slide number, the second a miniature picture of the slide, and the third will be the slide notes.

The formatting can be changed to suit your needs

Method Two -- Hand-out Wizard
This is an add-in to PowerPoint that allows users to customize their handouts to any format. It was written by Shyam and can be found at

It is not free, but very useful if you have the need to do this often.

Dear Neil,
thank you for your answer!

Dear HalfListener,

thank you for your kind help! It works and that is a kinda thing what i meant!
I will write a VBA script to eliminate what i dont need, and change the size of the pics at the same time because i have usually 18-25 slides to zoom.

Thanks for the suggestion HalfListner. I was looking for an answer and thought of searching the forums first.

Worked perfectly!
