I have a 6 computer windows 2000 pro Network. Each machine has access 2000. All the machines will print the database forms correctly accept one. My problem is, this one machine, when you view the page to be printed it looks fine, but when it prints the page the lines between the entries are printed over the words and some are not printed at all.. can anyone help?

I had a similiar problem with Access97 on a network of 500+ PC's. But my situation the way it looked on the screen was fine only some of the time, the other times it would look wierd as well.

What we had to do was delete all drivers (printers) on the computer. Reboot the PC with out the network (if possible) with desktop admin only. Then reboot again with the network and install the printer again. This is a similiar situation to yours but not exactly.

Hope this helps some!
