I am using Remote Desktop to connect to a windows 2003 server. How can I print from the server to my local printer on my computer. I am running Windows XP. I have an HP All In 1 Printer. It is connected through my local network using an IP address. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Printing with Terminal Services in Windows 2003 Server

The drivers for the all-in-one will need to be loaded on to the Server that you are remoting in to. Otherwise RDP will not map it.
You may need to do edit the registry when using some MFD devices to make sure it redirects
