Need to gather trunk group stats inbound / outbound. Traffic program is running on system. Confirmed that customer report has network and trunk stats. Unless I am missing something quite obvious, where can I go to retrieve the reports from the systems. We have an Option 11C in NY and Option 61c in NJ. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
