There is aform used in my database that should print to the users default printer. Most of the time it does, by occasionally the form prints out to my printer from all of the users. Any suggestions?
Are all users using the same, single copy of the database on a network?
If so, that'll do it.
When it happens again, grab the users pc that has just printed to your printer - check the default printer setting within the Access database - it will be set to your printer.
I haven't absolutely pin-pointed the criteria that Access uses to set the default printer settings, but it IS related to who has had the application open and running.
Solution: split the front end from the data-tables, and copy the front-end to all user machines.
