We have several users who log onto our Citrix Server via WAN, and who are able to print. However, one of our users is unable to print. He can see the network printer but when he selects it he receives the error message "You do not have sufficient access to your machine to connect to your printer". Citrix Support site refers me to MS site which tells me to enable access in Administration on the Citrix Server. I have done this, but he is still getting the same error message.
Anybody have any ideas please? It's quite urgent because I've got management chasing me for answers.

Thanks.

Check the printer queue security (Start -> settings-> printers, right click on the printer in question and select sharing from the menu) and see what permissions are set on your printer queue.

Just curious, but does this user have different group memberships than everybody else?

Ted.
