Printing thumbnails

Are you talking about when it's printed? It prints with drop shadows?
I can go to Print>Setup and choose Thumbnails and I have never gotten drop shadows on printing.

Yes: Print > Setup > Thumbnails > 3x3 Per Page – results in page numbers and drop shadows. Someone else asked this question on the Adobe site months ago but there was no response:

Wow I just did it there and I can't believe I never noticed them before. For me though, the drop shadow changes sides depending on whether the page is a verso or a recto, so I suppose the drop shadow is a way to know which is the left and right page, I suppose. But it would be good to be able to turn this off.
