Hi!

I want to print a report from server directly to printer instead of converting it to PDF and showing to the user
using web browser. I have already tried different combinations of DESTYPE, DESFORMAT and DESNAME but it doesn't help. What should be DESFORMAT and DESNAME when
DESTYPE=PRINTER ? Help showed that name of printer but what name, where do i take it? Could anybody write real example with comments?

Sorry, I forgot to say that error REP-0713 - invalid printer name - comes.

Ther's no magic. Just read online manuals.
In brief: DESFORMAT may be:
PDF,
HTML,
HTMLCSS,
HTMLCSSIE,
RTF,
DELIMITED,
XML.

If you plan to print it only, you may omit this parameter at all.

DESTYPE should be obviously PRINTER in your case
DESNAME should be the name of your printer. I suppose you're on windows, so you may find it on General tab of printers Properties

Regards, Dima
