I have a very large report(over two hundred pages) and I want it to print backwards... the last page first, and the first page last... that way while it's printing, i can punch holes in the pages, to put it into the binder... i've done it befor, and i'm sure it's some thing easy that i'm just missing, but how can i do this??

Instead of using the print icon on the toolbar, go to file/print which will bring up your printer options dialog box.

i checked in there, i didn't see it... is there any way to do this through vba or some thing, because i need to be able to automate it for my users.

The print options dialog box which opens is specific to your printer. If you did not see this option, your printer can not print in reverse order.

is there a way to acomplish this, (or make it look like this) another way??
