Is there a program that will print the whole dard drive at once?
Ex: Open .log files and print those then move on?

You can use the Start, Search to identify the types of files and on what hard disk device.

After they are enumerated you can select All with Ctrol-A and then right-click, Send To menu, to send them to the printer.

To add the printer as a Send To destinacion, see this article:

In the 80s when I had a DOS computer I had a program that could print all folders and files in each folder in sequence. That was not bad for floppy disk full of files and even managable on a ten meg hard drive but printing data from today's hard drives could fill up a hundred pages or more of data.

I think selective printing of folders or sub folders & files would be the only way to go today.
