We are currently in the planning stage of a project. I have developed the schedule and have also developed the budget.

The schedule is displayed on the gantt chart and the budget is broken down to cost/month under task usage (displaying costs on a daily basis).

The client wants to see the costs/month on the bottom of the gantt chart, but I can't seem to find out how.

The timescale for both the gantt chart and the task usage is in months.

I tried to split the winday and print, but the Step by Step book states that you will only be able to print the active window.

Any help would be appreciated.

I played around with this a bit. Sorry ... ain't gonna happen.

(Long time readers of tek-tips know what I'm about to say next: Project is great for controlling projects; awful for pretty pictures.)

You can't get the numbers on the Gantt chart and you can't get Gantt bars on one of the "spreadsheet" displays.

This is probably not a bad thing since the Gantt bars have absolutely no relation to the Cost figures and they really should be displayed separately.

Have you considered printing each one on a page and using a copier either reducing to half size or using 11.5 x 17 paper to get it all on one sheet? Stupid idea, but, hey, if it works and they like it....
