Is there any way you can print table and field definitions for future reference the way the Documenter does in Access 97? any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

With the table open, type in the command window:
List structure to filename.txt
and Enter
This will create a text file with the filename you give (don't use 'filename', make one up). You can open this with Wordpad.exe, select and copy the text, and paste it into your code, then insert an asterisk before each line to change them to comments.
This is how I like to add structure info to my internal documentation.
