I have an Option 11C that is supplying some spans into my lab where the administration of this thing has now fallen into my lap...

How do I print off the information as to what number I have to dial to get a call to go out an a loop?

The information that I have is that loops 2&5-9 have connections into my lab. The only exposure that I have had so for is that when one of my spans goes down I need to go into ld 60 to see the status.
>ld 60
stat 6
DTI TRK LOOP 6 - ENBL
FFMT/LCMT/YALMT: D4/ AMI/DG2
SERVICE RESTORE: YES
YEL ALM PROCESS: YES
ALARM STATUS : NO ALARM

I understand that if I want to dial loop I have to enter:
Dial Loop Channels
8025 6 1-6
8026 6 7-12
8027 6 12-18
8028 6 19-24
8010 7 1-6
etc...

How do I do the reverse lookup to see what numbers I have to enter to get to the channels on Loop 2?

make sure ur login has permissions to do this

ld 20 - find out the route ur trunks are in
ld 21 - find the rdb corresponding to each route -> acod is what you are looking for

So, what information to I take out of the ld 20?

The route is 86, this is the third member of that route. In LD 16 print the Route Data Block for route 86

LD 16
PRT
RDB
Cust 0
ROUT 86

Then look for what comes after the ACOD (Access code) prompt. Those are the digits you dial to access the route directly.

Thanks to all so far.

One last question I think.

When I look at the ACOD it comes out to be 7025 but I actually dial 8025. Why the difference?

what do you get if you go into LD 20 and do the following:

REQ: PRT
TYPE DNB
DN 8025

If it comes back with a TN, print the TNB to see what's going on.

See what happens when you dial 7025 as well.
