Printing reports from citrix server 1

I have an application running from a citrix server that users can access by logging in and running the app. On some user's machines, I can print reports fine to the default printer. But, on two user's machines, nothing will print. The application runs like it's printing, but the data is getting lost somewhere because it never ends up printing. Is there something in the application that could cause this? I'm using vfp 6.0.
