Printing Report

Hi...

I would like to print out a report, where it is sorted by the employee name..

I have a First Name Header, and then I have all the details for that employee under details...

when it prints out, sometimes it will list the employee name at the end of the page, and then list all of their hours and info on the next page... I would like to keep the info together... is this possible?

In the Sorting And Grouping window, you can set the KEEP TOGETHER for Whole Group or With First Value, whichever works best for you. Additionally, if you select the properties of the Header, you can set the Repeat Section property to YES to repeat it on the top of the next page.
