Printing Problems

Hello;
We're Using Citrix Metframe XPa to publish an Application to the remote users; I've problems with some users... Those have print devices connected directly to them; when i installed the printer driver and configured the paper size to be Letter instead of A4. when those users initiate a citrix sessions the paper sizes turned to A4....

Could U Please Advise.

delete their profiles from Citrix , and let them try again ..

Hi there

I have a similar problem. Just with Citrix 1.8 farm on a NT4.0 Domain. The Client is on a Windows XP workstation. From normal print without citrix. The print print correct as A4. But true Citrix it change to letter. Does anyone know this issue ??
