I have a user that when he sends a print job to the printer, it prints. This is good, but on his machine it shows the print job still in his queue and shows it as "printed". He can continue print and these "printed" jobs accumulate. Then the next day when he powers his machine on, all of these "printed" print jobs then print even though they had already printed the previous day. Any ideas ?

do you have a network print server, or is the printer connected to his machine directly?

Either way - i'd delete the printer, and re add it.

I agree, delete the printer and/or drivers. It sounds as though it may be a driver issue.
