Printing problem

Hi all
I have printing problem that seem to be little strange because I can not put my hand on difference that occurred that can cause the problem. My machine is 6H1 Pseries with AIX4.3.3 ML9 (ALL) no entries in the errpt. Well the queues are configured with an AXIS print server that connected to barcode printers (I have 16 printers like this.)The problem is occurring only on the barcode printers and is that every time I try to cancel print job on one of those printers all the other printers stop printing until the cancel command finishes. Does anyone know to tell me from where to start? Maybe someone know what shell I do to solve the problem? Maybe someone can tell me is it hardware or software one ?

Our method to declare this sort of print queue :
smit spooler
Add print queue
remote (printer attached to remote host)
Standard processing
Important : type of print spooler = BSD
Backend TIME OUT (minutes) = 30

Hi,
the problem is 99% software and 1% hardware. I met the AXIS printers long time ago and as I remember they use their own print drivers and not the AIX ones. I would start to debug the problem in those drivers.
