Printing Problem

Hey,

We have a a customer who has 3 different printers, windows xp installed, and an centura/gupta-application from us based on ctd 1.5.1(PTF-4).

When he is trying to print, only sometimes(!!!), system gives an error in the file GSW32.dll (I don't know if I translate the error message correct in english, "falsche Ordnungszahl" --> wrong sortnumber(?))

It doesen't mather which printer he is using.

I think that there is another programm which has a conflict with our programm or runtime. But the customer said no other programm is running at that time.

What to you think? Any other ideas?

yes!

I found the mistake. The software for the scanner is the cause for the error.

Na gut das wir drüber gesprochen haben ;-)
Es gibt also doch noch ein paar vereinzelte Gupta Entwickler hier in Deutschland!
