This is on a Windows 98.

Printer doesnt want to print anything. It prints a page but nothing prints.
Replaced cartridge and still no printing. Please advise if a setting has to be changed or just will a reinstall of the driver help.

Also even tried another printer and it doesnt print anything (just prints a blank page)

Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the printer?

Have you seen any windows spooling errors?

You used another printer and it still didn't work?
Is this happening in a couple of programs or all of your programs? --MiggyD

Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that amateurs built the Ark. Professionals built the Titanic.

Its happening in my printer only and with all stuff I try and print out.

Try printing a test page and see if it comes out normally. If not, reinstall latest drivers. BTW, what kind of printer is it?

I almost hate to have to post this, but...

...did you remove the tape from the ink cartridges before installing them?

Laugh if you will, but I actually had a help desk work order for an issue like this, and I walked in, took the tape off the cartridges, put 'em back in, and walked out.

When I closed the work order, I made a note in the Resolution field: "Removed excess packaging."
