Printing Problem

Folks, I have a Dell Photo AIO 922 printer that will not print on the client side. It auto creates just fine each time the user logs in. But when they try and print the page pulls through the printer but nothing prints. I also have a Dell Photo AIO 944 that works just fine for another user.

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Make sure that the driver for the Dell 922 that is loaded on the Citrix Term Server matches the driver of the print queue on the local machine of the user with issues. The drivers have to be the same version.

Look at event log on the citrix server after that 922 printer tries to print. If you are using PS4, you do not need to install any driver, citrix universal printer driver will be used.
