Printing problem

There is a computer issue with my computer. First of all it doesnot print stuff from internet explorer but prints word docs and now it has new issue. If I give it a range like print from page 1-page 6 it prints the whole document. I have reinstalled the printer but nothing changes. I think its the window problem.

Anybody has any solution to this

I figured this part out, but I can't delete my old "guest" account. Won't let me. I have done everything on this machine as administrator and now I hear I should have had a "real account" for everything and leave admin alone and just for major changes. Right or not so or??? Is there a way to transfer files from admin to another account???
